* CONTEST RULES

For a chance to win, please complete all required survey questions within 5 days of your visit.  Winner will be notified via email by the 15th of the following month.  Winner will have 30 days to claim prize after email notification.  It is the responsibility of the survey participant to provide a correct and deliverable email address in the box provided in this survey. One entry per valid guest check number (duplicate entries will void contest entry).
